Many families find themselves in a similar situation with the grown children residing out of state, and faced with the necessity of selling the family furniture and heirlooms that they no longer have a place for in their own homes. The thought of going through the lengtly process of determining value and actually conducting an estate sale is more than many out of state families can organize with busy family schedules of their own. Nancy was extremely professional in every way. Not only did she methodically go through every single item in the house, she has the knowledge base to set realistic current prices for antiques, tools and furnishings. She was very respectful of items that we had set aside to pick up later and even identified priceless family photographs and jewelry that we were not aware that existed. She carefully boxed up and set aside these items.

The house and the yard were kept immaculate. She made friends with the neighbors and finalized all sales and final pickups without any problems. The house was left clean and all of the unsold items were given to the charity of our choice.

In conclusion, Nancy provided us with peace of mind during a very difficult time. She was professional and very accessible during the entire presale and sale time period. She was responsive and knowledgeable. I feel that her ability to utilize the web site for advertisement was a major asset to the sale.
